The Hogan 360 report is a 360-degree evaluation that systematically examines 14 core competencies of a person based on a defined leadership model from up to 5 different evaluator perspectives.
The survey consists of a total of 50 items, which can be supplemented by up to 20 additional items from 16 additional competencies, if necessary. In addition, three open-ended questions about strengths, development potential, and overused strengths are part of the survey.
The analysis of individual competencies is rounded off by a development plan that can be individually developed and filled out with the candidate during the feedback conversation following the evaluation process.
