Valerie Tan Ronchail has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Organisational Effectiveness, Reorganisation and Learning & Development. Some of her key skills are, among others, organisation structure design, performance management best practices, M&A, managing change impact on employee engagement and profession-based learning & development strategies.
Valerie has broad functional experience in HR, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Operational Risk and Consulting in well-known international companies and various industries.

Valerie studied Economics and Management at Cardiff University and has an MBA from IMD Business School. She worked in different HR positions where she implemented competency models, learning & development strategies and led various types of reorganization. Valerie lived in Singapore, London and Luxembourg, and is now at home in Geneva, Switzerland.
