Mona Mieruch serves as a customer advisor for SMI companies, SMEs, HR consulting firms, as well as trainers and coaches in Switzerland. Her consulting focuses on the selection of Hogan personality assessments for both selection and development purposes. Additionally, Mona Mieruch organizes Hogan Assessment certification workshops, conducted monthly, either openly or on-site at the client’s premises. Furthermore, she coordinates Hogan teamwork workshops, general workshops, and Hogan refresher webinars in close collaboration with clients and partners, always with the aim of supporting clients in the effective use of personality assessments.

In addition to her roles in certifications and training, Mona Mieruch manages marketing partnerships with networks such as femella Switzerland and organizes regular business lunches for Personality Guidance AG.

After completing her studies in Media Management and her post-graduate studies in Hospitality and Event Management in Spain, Mona Mieruch spent 16 years in the service industry. With over nine years of experience in internal HR at renowned recruitment agencies, she continuously developed and optimized her skills in recruitment, employee and client management, and sales. Mona Mieruch is certified in Hogan personality assessments.
