Felix Diroll has been working nationally and internationally as a key account manager and senior business development manager in various industries for several years. He combines psychological approaches with sales experience and advises companies on their growth plans and sales processes. His in-depth expertise lies in the field of Relationship Management. He supports organizations and companies in the development of an individual Customer Journey, so that they can successfully implement their strategic goals.

Felix Diroll completed his professional training as a personnel services clerk in an executive search company. He then worked for several years as a key account manager for an international personnel services group and was jointly responsible for the market launch of the HR brand. He then moved into management consulting, where he was responsible for business development and established sustainable provider management. At the same time, he completed further training to become a Certified Agile Change Manager.
