Constance Tournier

Intern

Constance Tournier is an intern at Personality Guidance AG. She holds the Hogan certification and participates in the workshops offered to clients as well as in the preparation and organization of these workshops. Constance also takes care of translating the necessary documents for Personality Guidance and the company’s website. Thanks to her master’s degree in work psychology and her internships in the field of human resources, she brings both a theoretical and practical approach.

After her Bachelor in Psychology at the Rijksuniversiteit in Groningen (The Netherlands), Constance is now a student in the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) where she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology. Between her Bachelor and her Master, she was a Human Resources intern in a non-profit organization (GAVI) in Geneva and in an independent company (Caran d’Ache), which increased her interests in personnel selection, leadership, personal development, and personality. She is now an intern at Personality Guidance to expand that knowledge.
